NEXSUS Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy explains cancellation, refund, duplicate-payment and payment-dispute conditions for NEXSUS digital software and subscription services.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may request cancellation of a NEXSUS subscription at any time. Where recurring billing applies, cancellation is intended to prevent future renewals after the current paid period.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed by NEXSUS, cancelling a subscription does not automatically end access for a period that has already been paid for. You may continue using the paid features until the end of the applicable paid subscription period.
If your subscription is not configured for automatic renewal, it will expire at the end of the purchased period unless you purchase another subscription.
2. How to Request Cancellation
You may request cancellation through any subscription-management function made available in your NEXSUS Account or by emailing info@nex-sus.com.
Please provide the email address associated with your NEXSUS Account and enough information to identify the subscription.
3. General Refund Policy
Because NEXSUS provides digital software, subscription access and downloadable software, payments are generally non-refundable once the purchased service has been successfully provided and the applicable digital license or Premium access has been activated, subject always to rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
NEXSUS will consider refunds where appropriate, including where:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- An incorrect amount was charged.
- Payment was completed but the purchased subscription was not provided or could not be activated.
- A material defect prevents the purchased service from operating for its intended purpose and NEXSUS is unable to reasonably correct it.
- NEXSUS approves the refund after reviewing the circumstances.
- A refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
4. Circumstances Generally Not Eligible for Refund
Subject to applicable law, refunds will generally not be provided when:
- The software operates substantially as described.
- The customer changes their mind after the digital license has been activated and used.
- The customer no longer needs the software.
- The customer selected the wrong billing period or device quantity after those details were clearly displayed and confirmed.
- The customer's Autodesk Revit version, operating system, computer, network or third-party software is unsupported or incompatible.
- A third-party add-in or environment outside NEXSUS's reasonable control causes the problem.
- Access was suspended or terminated because of a material violation of the End-User License Agreement.
- The customer attempted to bypass licensing, authentication, account or device restrictions.
- The subscription expired normally after the purchased period was provided.
5. Technical Problems
If you experience a technical issue, contact NEXSUS so we can attempt to diagnose and resolve it. We may request your account email, Revit version, NEXSUS version, operating-system information, screenshots, error messages and a description of the problem.
Where appropriate and permitted by law, NEXSUS may correct the problem, provide an update or replacement, restore service, extend access or provide a full or partial refund.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email info@nex-sus.com and include:
- Your full name.
- Your NEXSUS Account email.
- Your transaction or payment reference.
- The payment date.
- The subscription or service purchased.
- The amount paid.
- A short explanation of the reason for the request.
Never send your complete card number, CVV, banking password, eFAWATEERcom password, wallet PIN or OTP.
7. eFAWATEERcom Payments
NEXSUS may accept payments through eFAWATEERcom. Paying through eFAWATEERcom does not change your rights under this policy.
If NEXSUS approves a refund relating to an eFAWATEERcom transaction, the refund will be handled using a method and procedure available to NEXSUS and supported by the applicable payment provider or participating financial institution. We may require the original transaction reference to identify and reconcile the transaction.
NEXSUS does not control processing times imposed by banks, payment networks, wallets, eFAWATEERcom or other payment providers after a refund has been submitted through the applicable channel.
8. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged twice, charged an incorrect amount or charged for a transaction that did not complete correctly, contact NEXSUS as soon as reasonably possible. After verifying the transaction, we will take the appropriate corrective action where required.
9. Plan or Device Changes
If NEXSUS permits a customer to reduce licensed devices or move to a lower-priced plan, the change will normally apply to a future subscription period unless NEXSUS expressly agrees otherwise. Such a change does not automatically create a prorated refund for an already-paid period.
10. Payment Disputes
If you believe a payment is incorrect, we encourage you to contact NEXSUS first so we can investigate. Nothing in this policy prevents you from exercising legitimate rights available through your bank, payment provider or applicable law.
11. Termination by NEXSUS
If access is terminated because of fraud, unlawful use, intentional circumvention of licensing controls or another material breach of the End-User License Agreement, the affected period will generally not be refunded to the extent permitted by law.
If NEXSUS permanently discontinues a paid service before the end of an already-paid period and does not provide a substantially equivalent replacement, NEXSUS may provide an appropriate prorated refund or other remedy as required by applicable law.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to our products, subscription plans, payment methods, legal obligations or business practices. Changes will not retroactively remove rights that already apply to a completed purchase.
