NEXSUS for Revit
NEXSUS adds its own tab to the Revit ribbon. Its tools take on the repetitive, error-prone parts of BIM production: placing blockwork stiffeners and lintels, numbering rooms, cleaning up warnings, managing sheets, and batch exporting.
You stay focused on design, and your models stay clean and consistent. It works in Revit 2021 through 2027 and runs entirely inside Revit. There's no Excel round-trip and no external scripts.
Structure
NEXSUS places reinforcement stiffeners and lintels in blockwork walls across your whole model. Stiffeners go at the right spacing, at corners, at T-junctions and at both sides of every door and window.
Lintels then go above each opening, spanning between the stiffeners on either side. Openings are measured by their rough size, so placement matches what gets built on site.
Floors are processed one at a time, and you choose which ones.
A job that takes days by hand is done in minutes, and you can re-run it any time the design changes.
Model Management
This tool turns Revit's long warnings list into a working to-do list. Click any warning and NEXSUS takes you to the element causing it.
If no existing view can show that element, NEXSUS creates one. Common problems can be fixed automatically: true duplicate elements are deleted, problem rooms can be reviewed and fixed one by one, and lines that are slightly off-axis are snapped straight.
NEXSUS numbers rooms, doors, or any other category automatically in a logical order. Neighbouring elements get neighbouring numbers, so you won't find Room 83 next to Room 4.
It works level by level from the bottom up, and it understands apartments and corridors. If you'd rather set the order yourself, click the elements on screen and NEXSUS numbers them in exactly that order.
In one click, every Revit link gets its own workset, and each link's type and instances are moved onto it.
This keeps linked models organised and easy to switch on and off.
Sheets & Schedules
You manage all your sheets in a spreadsheet grid inside Revit. You can rename and renumber sheets, swap title blocks, create or delete sheets, and choose which sheets each view sits on, all in one table.
The grid works like a spreadsheet: copy, paste — even from Excel — fill down and drag-to-fill are all there. Changes go straight into the model.
You can open any schedule as a spreadsheet and edit its values directly.
Bulk edits with copy, paste and fill-down are fast, and only the cells you changed are written back to the elements.
Output
This tool batch-exports sheets and views to PDF or DWG in one run. You pick what to export, set your options once, and let it run while you keep working.

NEXSUS maps your floor slab shapes onto topography surfaces, so site work follows your building's footprint without manual tracing.
Finishes
NEXSUS divides curved floors into a brick-pattern tile layout using Revit Parts.
You get accurate tile layouts on curved surfaces, ready for quantities and presentation.
Premium
The full toolset is unlocked with Premium. That includes Stiffener + Lintel, the Sheet Editor, unlimited ProSheets and Topography runs, automatic numbering, automatic warning fixes and uniform tiling.
